Junior Associate Book Orders
Junior Associates have the privilege - during the six-year period of award (*) - of ordering highly specialized scientific books relevant to their fields of study through the Marie Curie Library.
Deadline for submitting orders for the 2013 programme is 31 August.
The following guidelines are meant to ensure a smooth running of the programme thus avoiding possible misunderstandings.
The amount granted to each Junior Associate is approx. €400.00 and is, however, subject to the availability of funds and number of requests.
Unspent portions of grants cannot be brought forward from one year to another.
Books must still be in print and listed in order of priority.
Order forms or requests should include name and complete home institute postal address, and be sent to:

Upon receipt of orders, requesters will receive confirmation of the same.
Material requested can only be shipped to home institute postal addresses.
Books must be acknowledged upon arrival and undelivered material reported immediately in order to trace parcels and speed up procedures.
(*) Associates granted extensions beyond the six-year period can not avail of this service.
