How to Use eJDS

eJDS_small Use eJDSweb to access the eJournals in the fields of Physics and Mathematics made available to your country by eJDS.

Make sure that you already registered to the service and have a valid eJDS account.

 

  • Connect your browser to eJDSweb and type your registered eJDS e-mail address.

  • There you see which Publishers you can get articles from.
    1. Titles (on the left) show the list of available journals by Publisher.
    2. The red links ( open_file.gif on the right) bring you to a search interface for each Publisher.

  • Example.
    1. Select APS Titles, and see which journals are available for you.

    2. Select open_file.gif APS to reach the interface for this Publisher.
      • Choose the journal title
      • Type in volume and page number (if your reference is incomplete, check it on the Publisher's website)
      • Submit your request.

  • Results are displayed in text-only format. Scroll down until you locate the article you need. Click on the icon ( mail.gif PDF ) to request the file.

  • A box appears. Type again your registered eJDS e-mail address, to which the requested article will be delivered. Delivery of the article to your mailbox may take some time.

 

  • You can request: 3 papers each day, 12 per month and 100 per year.
