Bibliographic Databases

The Computer Index of Neutron Data, contains bibliographical references to measurements, calculations, reviews and evaluations of neutron cross-section and other microscopic neutron data.
 
Leading reference database for scientific literature published worldwide on the peaceful uses of nuclear science and technology. Over 3 million bibliographic citations and abstracts of journal articles, scientific and technical reports, conference papers, books, patents, theses, laws, regulations and standards, and web documents, covering publications in 63 languages; all records include keywords and most have an abstract in English.
Includes a unique online collection of over 250 000 full-text documents: scientific and technical reports, conference proceedings, patents, theses, and preprints. This “grey” non-conventional literature (NCL) is not easily available from other sources.
 
High Energy Physics. INSPIRE combines the successful SPIRES database content, curated at DESY, Fermilab and SLAC, with the Invenio digital library technology developed at CERN. INSPIRE is run by a collaboration of the four labs, and interacts closely with HEP publishers, arXiv.org, NASA-ADS, PDG, and other information resources.

Web-based version of Mathematical Reviews (MR), containing all the reviews published in MR since its founding in 1940. There are presently nearly 1.85 million reviews. Offers a variety of search options and the ability to navigate the literature using an extensive network that contains over 304,000 links to original articles.
 
Most complete and longest running abstracting and reviewing service in pure and applied mathematics. It contains about 3 million entries drawn from about 3500 journals and 1100 serials from 1868 to present. Reviews are presently written by about 6,000 active experts from all over the world. The entries are classified according to the Mathematics Subject Classification Scheme (MSC 2010).

Access to 37 leading titles published by the American Chemical Society starting from 1996.
 
The Astrophysics Data System (ADS) is a NASA-funded project which maintains four bibliographic databases containing almost 4 million records: Astronomy and Astrophysics, Instrumentation, Physics and Geophysics, and preprints in Astronomy. Include links to scanned images of over 40,000 journal articles appearing in the major astronomy and astrophysics journals. Also provides access/pointers to astronomical data catalogs and data archives.
 
Allows searching of bibliographic records and abstracts of the American Geophysical Union publications from 1896 to present. Authentication required to access full articles, except for Reviews of Geophysics, which is open to all readers from 1963 through 2002.
 
The online home of American Institute of Physics journals and proceedings, as well as more than 100 additional journals from 18 scholarly publishers.
